Attorney Giulio Mazzeschi of Stefani Law Firm has participated as Moderator at the Second Edition of the National Legal Debate organized by ELSA Italia – European Law Students’ Association – and Elsa Firenze, in collaboration with the University of Florence – School of Law.

Two days of debates on the important as well as topical issue of the death penalty alongside esteemed professors, judges and professionals: Prof. Alessandro Simoni, Prof. Alessandra De Luca, Prof. Lorenzo Algeri, Dr. Pietro Ferrante, Dr. Lucrezia Maria De Paulis, Avv. Marco Cecchi, Avv. Simone Maria Totaro.

Students coming from universities all over Italy – master’s degree course in Law – measured themselves on the subject by providing arguments against or in support of the institution, comparing themselves with the principles of the national and international legal system.

An educational proposal with which they were offered the opportunity to measure themselves in the art of oratory, with majority and minority legal thought, constituting a strong signal for the path of those in training who wish to touch upon legal issues according to a reading that is not only theoretical, as a response to a concrete need.
