The Firm, which has been a partner of the Italian Association FEDERPOL Private Investigators for over 20 years, participated, as it does every year, in the teaching activity in the Training Course held in Florence, which for the first time included the participation of the Scuola Superiore dell’Avvocatura.

The focus of the speeches from Stefani Law Firm’s lawyers was the enterprise and prevention from the risk of criminal prosecution. Questions such as: What are the main risks faced by the entrepreneur during the life of the business? How can the entrepreneur protect himself from the risks of committing environmental crimes, against the p.a., tax etc.? What are the recent regulations on corporate compliance and how can the private investigator contribute, alongside the lawyer, by offering preventive services in this area?

The Course was attended by Private Investigators and lawyers from different parts of Italy. The sharing of experiences and opinions arising from different perspectives, as always, helped create a stimulating environment for all, faculty and learners alike.
