The Firm has created and coordinated the Team of lecturers for the Training Course on Investigations and Environmental Crimes promoted by LazioCrea for the Lazio Region attended by 150 Judicial Police Officers.
The topics covered were: the procedures to be followed in carrying out Judicial Police investigations; relations with other competent bodies and authorities; analysis of the main environmental crimes and construction crimes; how companies can prevent the perpetration of such crimes and what risks they run; investigation activities against illegal hunting.
Participating as lecturers were Attorney Prof. Eraldo Stefani and Attorney Niccolò Stefani of Stefani Law Firm, Dr. Alessandro Crini, former Chief Prosecutor at the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Court of Pisa, Prof. Orazio La Marca, former Full Professor in Forestry and Silviculture at the University of Florence, and Lawyer Domenico Aiello, Head of Legal Protection of Nature at WWF Italy.
