Marta obtained a Master’s Degree in Law in February 2018, with a thesis in English language on European Union Law, titled “The Relationship between the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union and the European Convention on Human Rights in the case-law of the respective Courts.

During her university studies, the Attorney completed a 12-month Erasmus program at the Maastricht University Faculty of Law (Netherlands), where she passed numerous exams for the Master L.L.M. in European Law.

Marta then completed a training internship pursuant to Article 73 of the Legislative Decree of June 21, 2013, no. 69, at the Court of Appeal of Florence for a period of 18 months, assisting the magistrates in the study and resolution of disputes in civil and criminal law, focusing on issues of inheritance and family law, as well as on matters of drug offenses, crimes against property, and crimes against the person. During this period, Marta also participated in several post-graduate secondary training courses.

In the same years, she also carried out her legal internship in Florence, first at the Poli Avvocati Law Firm, where she was able to delve into issues of civil law and international law, and later at Stefani Law Firm, with which she currently collaborates, in criminal law. Qualified to practice law since 2020, she is now registered with the Florence Bar Association.

The Attorney provides assistance in criminal matters through the use of defensive investigations in judicial and extrajudicial settings, also with particular reference to the subject of administrative liability of entities and legal persons pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.

Marta speaks English fluently.
